Pemberton Davis Services has a longstanding relationship with the University of Notre Dame, proudly contributing to the campus's growth and modernization over many years. Our recent work includes a new three-story facility connected to the Carole Sandner Hall, featuring intricate decorative lighting and control systems, as well as full power distribution and fire alarm systems.

Our broader campus portfolio includes Baumer Hall, Corby Hall, Alumni Hall renovations, the Hesburgh Library, and current projects like the new Women’s Dorm and an addition to the Mendoza College of Business. 

In addition to major builds, our team supports the University with numerous renovation, remodeling, and service projects—along with ongoing telecommunications and fiber optic cabling installations for UND’s Office of Information Technologies.
