Since 1894, Culver Academies has stood as a prestigious institution nestled on 1,800 scenic acres along Lake Maxinkuckee. For generations, it has been a cornerstone of education and leadership in Northern Indiana. As the 2020s began, Culver’s leadership recognized that to honor the past while preparing for the future, it was time to modernize the campus’s aging residential facilities—many of which had stood for nearly a century.

With a design team deeply rooted in the school’s architectural heritage, the search began for a construction partner capable of delivering premium craftsmanship within a defined budget. That’s where Pemberton Davis came in.

Since the beginning of this transformative initiative, our team has been the trusted Electrical and Systems contractor for four new state-of-the-art Barracks: Roberts, Lauridsen, Main, and North & East. We’ve provided turnkey solutions—including electrical, telecommunications, fiber optic infrastructure, fire alarm systems, and access control—ensuring each building meets the highest standards of performance and safety. We also delivered systems work for the new Oliver Field Press Box.
