Pemberton-Davis's team consists of qualified managers, project managers, electricians, and foremen with a broad base of project experience in a variety of markets. Following is a summary of the principal management team to help you make a solid, confident decision that Pemberton-Davis is the right company for your next project:
John Ferro
President
Ferro graduated from Purdue University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology and from Indiana University with a Master's in Business Administration. He has worked previously for Martell Electric, LLC, and Trans Tech Electric, LP. John has over 25 years of experience in operations management, thirteen of those years in heavy highway electrical and telecommunications infrastructure installations.
Len Jablonski
Vice President
Jablonski has 37 years' experience in telecommunications design, repair and installation. He is Systimax Structured Connectivity Solutions/Design Engineer certified, as well as Leviton Certified in Structured Cabling & Fiber Optics. He brings experience in copper and fiber systems, voice and data projects, and designing and estimating knowledge to every project.
Doug Grall
Operations Manager
Grall has been with Pemberton-Davis since 2006. He has 25 years' experience beginning as a field electrician, foreman, and superintendent on a variety of construction projects. He studied for five years with the Joint Apprenticeship and Training Committee in South Bend and surrounding areas. He holds Class A contractor or electrician licenses in South Bend and St. Joseph County, the cities of Mishawaka, Elkhart, Indianapolis, and the state of Michigan. Doug has several certifications, including the Systimax SCS Installation & Maintenance Certification.
Mark Zuccarini
Senior Project Manager, Telecommunications
Zuccarini has been with Pemberton-Davis since 2006. He has 24 years' experience in telecommunications installation and project management. Mark has supervised cabling crews and telephone system installations. He combines this with his 15 years' experience in project management and his various certifications to effectively manage projects to clients' satisfaction.
Mike Taff
Estimator, Commercial & Industrial Construction
Mike has four years of experience estimating the electrical portions of a variety of construction projects. Projects in which he has been personally involved include the Notre Dame Hockey Arena, the Silver Beach Carousel Museum, and the South Bend Waste Water Treatment Plant infrastructure improvements, among many others. Mike has a degree from Indiana University in Public Management and seven years of field experience as an IBEW electrician making him uniquely qualified in our business.
